Alpha-Lipoic Acid: Helhetshälsa

Alpha-Lipoic Acid Capsules from Helhetshälsa

Alpha-lipoic acid is a natural antioxidant.
It has many uses as a supplement, for exercise (thought to improve carbohydrate metabolism), for blood sugar problems (e.g. type II diabetes) and as an anti-ageing supplement as it can inhibit glycosylation, which is why it is also used to keep skin (and other tissues) supple.

Helhetshälsa’s Alpha Lipoic Acid is without unnecessary additives and comes in a vegetable capsule.
Alpha-lipoic acid is both water- and fat-soluble, allowing it to reach all tissues in the body.
