We think it may be wise to take vitamin K together with vitamin D, as they interact. Especially if you are taking large amounts of vitamin D, you may also want to take vitamin A at the same time.
Vitamin D and K are thought to help keep bones normal.
Vitamin D raises blood calcium levels. Vitamin K activates the transport of calcium from the bloodstream to the bone structure.
Vitamin D is biologically active D3 from wool fat.
Vitamin K has the biologically active form K2, Menaquinone-7.
Dosage:
1 capsule/day with meals, or as prescribed.
Content per capsule:
Vitamin D3 50 μg
Vitamin K2 75 μg
Ingredients:
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol*), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7*). Vegetable capsule made from cellulose.
