Q10 100 mg Helhetshälsa

Q10 Helhetshälsa 100 mg 60 capsules

Q10 is a co-enzyme* found naturally in the body. The amounts are said to decrease with age.
It is important for cardiovascular health and has perhaps received the most attention for this. Q10 has also been shown to have positive effects as a supplement for fibromyalgia, fatigue and burnout, for keeping the skin supple, for dental health (gums in particular), optimizing stamina and energy.

Helhetshälsa Q10 contains the original form of Q10, ubiquinone coenzyme, which is produced through fermentation. The raw material consists of 100% of the bio-identical form of Q10.
It is the form that has been available as a food supplement for the longest time and has undergone the most clinical studies.

As for the dose, we recommend 100 mg/day in most cases. For those with cardiovascular problems or very low levels of Q10, we recommend 200 mg/day. Q10 is broken down quite quickly in the body so we think it’s smart to split the dose. We have Q10 in two different doses – 50 mg and 100 mg/capsule. Which one you choose is up to your needs, we ideally recommend taking Q10 twice a day.

*Co-enzymes are a type of cofactors that help enzymes do their job. The main difference between enzyme and coenzyme is that the enzyme is a protein that catalyzes the biochemical reactions while coenzyme is an organic molecule that helps enzymes to activate and catalyze the chemical reactions. Enzymes are macromolecules while coenzymes are small molecules.
