Contains around 70 trace elements in addition to the minerals listed below. The trace elements in Mineral Optimal are extracted from the mineral-rich waters of Utah Salt Lake and concentrated by sun-drying. The finished concentrate (OmniMin™) contains around 70 trace elements in naturally varying amounts. We appreciate that Mineral Optimal does not contain added copper.
2 capsules per day. Then the jar will last 100 days. Can be taken for food.
