Citicoline Cognizin® is a product for the brain and memory. For mental performance and cognitive function.
Citicoline, also known as CDP-choline, is a special form of the essential nutrient choline, an organic molecule that occurs naturally in the body and is particularly important for the brain.
It is easily converted into acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine – important substances in the brain.

Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that enables the transmission of nerve signals in the brain.
Phosphatidylcholine is the main component of brain cell membranes.

There are several scientific studies suggesting that citicoline may have neuroprotective effects, potentially improving learning and reducing the risk of brain damage and even slowing down Alzheimer’s. See links at the bottom.

Also contains zinc, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and vitamin C.

Citicoline (Cognizin®), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), zinc citrate. Vegetable capsule made from cellulose (from trees).

Recommended dose: 1-2 capsules/day.
