Lecithin Powder Helhetshälsa

Organic Lecithin from Svenska Helhetshälsa

For heart and blood vessels, brain, energy, liver health, and more.
Lecithin is a fat-like substance found in all cells of the body, where it is a component of the cell membrane.
The brain and nervous system contain particularly high levels. Bile also contains lecithin.
It is an old “classic health preparation” that not many people know about today, which is a shame, because it is very interesting.

Lecithin is traditionally used for two known areas:
1) Brain and nervous system health.
2) Cardiovascular health, e.g. for “cholesterol problems” and for normal homocysteine levels.

Lecithin is also good for the liver, as it is a natural source of choline.
It is also needed for energy production, bone structure, teeth and cell membranes.

Lecithin is completely harmless and can be used in food, such as porridge and smoothies. It tastes good and has a mild creamy texture and flavor.

Helhetshälsa’s lecithin powder is extracted from non-GMO sunflowers.
