Beta-carotene 100 mg is designed for those who want to support the body from within during sunbathing, summer or who need an extra strong beta-carotene. Many of our customers are sensitive to the sun and appreciate beta-carotene for its protective effect. For example, if you get sun eczema or burn easily, it may be worth trying beta-carotene. Be careful and also protect the skin from the outside, for example with sunscreen, we sell mineral-based sunscreen without chemicals from Suntribe.

Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant that acts as a precursor to vitamin A. Supplementing with beta-carotene can be a natural way to increase pigmentation in the body. Other good natural sources of beta-carotene include carrots, eggs, milk and green and yellow vegetables.

Each capsule contains a full 100 mg of pure beta-carotene. If you use it for the sun, you should eat it some time before sun exposure for best effect. At least four weeks, but preferably eight weeks before your vacation or for the summer. Feel free to consume the product with a fat source for even better effect.

If you’d like a lower-dose beta-carotene supplement, we carry one from Helhetshälsa.
