Use in salads, vinaigrettes and other cooking or drinking (possibly diluted with water or juice) to aid digestion, help with weight loss and a better blood sugar balance. For example, you can take a ‘shot’ after or before meals. Vinegar is also indispensable in the kitchen, used in stews, sauces, etc.
You use this just like a regular apple cider vinegar – with the bonus that you get polyphenols and beneficial substances that only aronia has.

Health Benefits of Aronia
Aronia is a berry with a long tradition, particularly in Eastern Europe, Germany, and Russia. Its major health benefit is its high polyphenol content. It is a class of substances found in red berries and fruits. Aronia berries contain exceptionally high levels of these compounds, along with other beneficial substances such as vitamins, iodine, minerals, catechins, and more. Polyphenols have many positive effects on our health. It is traditionally used, especially in Eastern Europe, for cardiovascular health, blood sugar problems, immune system, inflammation, IBS, thyroid problems, general well-being, recovery (e.g. during exercise), tumors, eye health, detoxification and more.
Quality and Origin – From Rural Bulgaria to Your Bottle
All of our aronia from Aroniada is grown in the Bulgarian countryside, on land that has never been sprayed with chemicals or treated with synthetic fertilizers. The berries are picked at the peak of their ripeness and taken to the nearby in-house facility where they are pressed immediately after harvest in a proprietary process. This means that from harvest to bottle is no more than three-quarters of a mile – the berries are never frozen and are not transported far.
