Soy Sauce, Nidan Jyukusei 500 ml – Shoda

Japanese soy of the highest quality

Double-fermented soy sauce from the Japanese manufacturer Shoda.

Double fermentation means adding pure soy sauce instead of water when fermenting soy sauce. The flavor will be deeper and more intense than a regular fermented soy sauce.

This is an extremely high quality soy. Far from, we dare say, the ones you find at Ica. For those who like cooking, Asian food and classy ingredients. A rounder, smoother and much more complex flavor than cheap soy, at the same time powerful taste. After trying this one, you don’t want to use any other soy. There are many areas of use. This is so good that you can dip vegetables in it, Japanese style, or sushi, or use it in cooking.
