Shipping and delivery

We ship goods from our warehouse in Täby outside Stockholm every weekday.
For delivery within Sweden, depending on where you live, delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
We normally ship with DHL to agents, but can sometimes choose Postnord for smaller shipments.

The notification from DHL says Valfrids / Logcare AB.

What is the cost of shipping?
Sweden over 500 SEK – free of charge.
Sweden under 500 kr – 49 kr.
Scandinavia and the Baltics – free over 600 kr, otherwise 79 kr.
EU – 89 kr
Rest of the world – 195 kr.

We ship all over the world.
If you live in Norway or outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties.

Pay

You can pay with:
1) Cards, via Payson.
2) Invoice (invoice comes from Payson/Svea).
3) Swish – Note that Svea Bank AB is listed as the recipient on Swish.

At checkout, your address details are automatically downloaded. If the data is incorrect or you want to fill it in yourself, you can clear the loaded information and enter it yourself.

The payments are handled by Payson, which is one of the large and reputable payment solutions in Scandinavia.
We do not process any card details. Nor do we store any data.

Prices

Is in SEK. VAT 25%.
You can shop with cards from other countries, the currency is converted to your currency.

“What you see is what you get”. What you see on the webshop is exactly what you get when you order.

Online or physical store?

“Do you have a physical store?”, we are sometimes asked. No, unfortunately not at the moment. We are only available online. However, it is possible to pick up directly from our warehouse, if you live in Stockholm, as we are located in Täby. Please contact us in that case.

Do you regret it?

You can return an item if you have changed your mind for any reason within 14 days. It must be unopened/unused of course.
If we have sent the wrong product or made a mistake, we will of course correct it.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will send you the money back as quickly as possible.

If you want to return something – contact us first! We’ll send you a return slip and we’ll pay the shipping.
