Holistic Ultradetox is an herbal and fiber drink for detox and bowel cleansing. A detox diet aims to clear out waste products that we accumulate when we stress, eat medicines and processed foods, or are exposed to pollution of various kinds. Also for those who want to do a classic bowel cleanse, perhaps because you have problems with candida, IBS, bloating, constipation e t c.

Contains psyllium seed husk and a mixture of herbs (rosehip, fennel seed, bilberry, aloe vera, ginger, field horsetail, dandelion root, burdock root, marigold, hibiscus flower, meadow grass, red elm bark, turmeric),

It can be used on its own. But we also recommend using it together with Holistic Ultrabalans for a cleansing treatment. We have a long experience of recommending this cure to people who want to do an advanced but simple detox! Perhaps the easiest and most cost-effective detox cure? At least we think so. You can do the cleanse in your own way, using these two and living as usual (possibly with a slightly stricter diet) or you can do a more ambitious cleanse with part of it during fasting (strict fasting or juice fasting, up to you). Mix with water and take between meals. Then drink another glass of water.

Dosage suggestions:
– Dosage adults: Take 2 tsp, 2 times per day between meals, or as recommended. Start with 1/2-1 tsp 1-2 times a day and gradually increase. Usually taken for 36 weeks. Half dose (2 tsp once a day) can be taken continuously. Teenagers dose like adults.
– Children from about 10 years: 1/21 tsp 2 times a day.
