Chipirones Squid, 111 g – Yurrita

The small squid, chipirones, are a classic Spanish delicacy, here in olive oil. The producer, Yurrita, is located right on the Bay of Biscay, and they buy fresh fish and shellfish daily from local fishermen at the harbor, after which the fresh catch is processed by hand at the factory.

A luxurious delicacy, which is also very nutritious. Something to treat yourself to. Also favors European, small-scale and traditional manufacturing. Far from the mass production of large international companies.

Good canned food is hard to come by in Sweden. We are pleased to present a range of truly fine Southern European preserves made in the traditional way with high quality ingredients. We eat them everyday and we always make sure to have a stock at home, because it is tasty and practical, but also as “prepper” food. Why should such “emergency provisions” have to be nutrient-poor, boring and tasteless?
