The small squid, chipirones, are a classic Spanish delicacy, here in olive oil. Located right on the Bay of Biscay, the producer Yurrita buys fresh seafood daily from the local fishermen at the port, after which the fresh catch is processed by hand in the factory.

A luxurious delicacy, which is also very nutritious. Something to treat yourself to. Also favors European, small-scale and traditional manufacturing. Far from the mass production of large international companies.
