Sardines in Olive Oil, 120 gr – Manná

Rich in omega-3. Long shelf life. A healthy and protein-rich lunch when you’re short on time, or a Mediterranean-inspired dinner? Good to have at home as “prepper” canned food.

Good canned food is hard to come by in Sweden. In other countries, it is always kept at home because it is tasty, practical and healthy, but also as a provision in case something happens. Canned goods have a long shelf life, often well beyond the best-before date. We at Valfrids are pleased to present a range of truly fine Southern European preserves made in the traditional way with high quality ingredients. We eat them often in everyday life and we always make sure to have a stock at home.
