Used for constipation, bowel cleansing, various intestinal problems, detoxification cures and more. Also used by some in weight loss programs.
Psyllium seed husks bind liquid and form a gel. The intestines get to work. The shells also bind and carry away heavy metals and other substances to be eliminated.
When baked, you get a juicy and tasty bread. In the gut, it provides increased volume. It contains no calories at all.

They can be used in baking, smoothies and more. We recommend it for cleansing cures or as maintenance for the intestinal system, when taken with water between meals. Also in case of constipation or a loose stomach, as psyllium seeds balance a too loose or too hard stomach.
Take a couple of teaspoons in water, such as a shaker or old jam jar, shake and drink quickly. They swell quickly and otherwise become unpleasant to drink. NOTE drink water, it is important!

The degree of purity is 98%, i.e. with as much shell and as little seed content as possible.
