Probioplex 150 Capsules Helhetshälsa

Probioplex 150 capsules – beneficial gut bacteria from Helhetshälsa

Good stomach bacteria in a capsule. Probioplex® is a proven product that has been on the market for 20 years. One capsule is equivalent to the amount of lactic acid bacteria in two liters of yogurt.
Contains live lactic acid bacteria from five different strains, including lactobacilli and bifidobacteria.

Helhetshälsa states that, thanks to microencapsulation, it is possible to guarantee that the bacteria in the capsule are alive and that, after two years, there are still at least 2 billion live bacteria remaining. The microencapsulation also allows the jar to be stored at room temperature and to be easily taken on trips.

A healthy bacterial flora in the intestinal system is so incredibly important! The immune system is extremely dependent on this, so if someone asks us, “What can I do to strengthen my immune system?” we mainly recommend two things: aronia and probiotics. There are others too, but these are probably the two most effective. Our intestinal system is actually designed to provide us with lactic acid bacteria and other microbes on a daily basis, but due to today’s diet, stress, chemicals, antibiotics and industrially produced food, this has been reduced. Today, our intestines are often deficient in good bacteria, called dysbiosis.
