Palmarosa essential oil (Cymbopogon Martini) from India is a versatile oil. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and irritated skin.
In aromatherapy, it is popular for stress reduction, counteracting anxiety and nervousness. It goes well with other essential oils such as geranium, bergamot, grapefruit, sandalwood or cedar.
For use on the skin, it is important to mix palm kernel oil with a cold-pressed vegetable oil before applying it to the skin.

Dosage maximum 1% concentration (12 drops) in 30 ml of cold-pressed vegetable oil on the skin or 2% concentration (18 drops) in other methods of aromatherapy.
