Ebion Spruce Honey – Organic honey with a Mediterranean flavor

For this honey, the main “nectar plant” (from which the bees collect nectar) is a species of spruce, Abies cephalonica, which produces a thick, protein-rich honey with a fantastic flavor that also remains liquid and does not crystallize.

The honey is harvested in mountainous areas at an altitude of just over 800 meters. Other plants that may also be found, though to a lesser extent, include blackberries, wild strawberries, and oregano.

All honey from Ebion, Greece, is processed without heating.
