Nettle organic 250 gr – Holistic

Holistic Nettle is an organic powder made from dried nettle – one of the most nutritious plants available, rich in iron, magnesium, calcium and chlorophyll, among others.

It is dried at a maximum of 40 degrees to preserve the nutrients to the maximum and remove the burning property.

Mix 1-2 teaspoons into water, porridge, soups or smoothies. Or why not mix it with flour when baking bread or use it as nettle water for plant fertilization.
