Nattokinase 60 Capsules – Upgrit

Nattokinase 60 Capsules – Upgrit

Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from natto. Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Natto has been consumed for thousands of years for its many health-promoting properties. “kin” means bacterium in Japanese and “-ase” is the suffix for enzyme. It is thus an enzyme produced by the bacteria in the fermentation process.

What is nattokinase good for?

Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto. It has received attention for its positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Studies show that:
– Nattokinase supports circulation and increases oxygen transport to cells.
– Nattokinase can activate other metabolic enzymes and vitamins in the body.
– Nattokinase may help promote heart and circulatory health by supporting normal blood clotting functions.
– Nattokinase can withstand temperature changes, pH changes and is stable once it reaches the gastrointestinal tract.

Cardiovascular health

One of the most prominent benefits of nattokinase is its ability to promote healthy blood circulation. It works by breaking down fibrin, a protein that can contribute to blood clots. By dissolving fibrin clots, nattokinase can support cardiovascular health, which is particularly important for people at risk of blood clots or with coagulation disorders.

Nattokinase has been shown to improve blood flow, thereby reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Regular intake can help keep blood vessels free of blockages, which can reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack. This makes nattokinase an excellent supplement for those who want to support their heart health in a natural way.

Anti-inflammatory Properties

Research has also shown that nattokinase has mild anti-inflammatory properties. By reducing inflammation in the body, nattokinase can contribute to overall improved well-being, especially for those suffering from chronic inflammatory conditions.

Listen to this interview with Bertil Wosk:
“Studies have shown that nattokinase helps improve blood flow by breaking down fibrin, a protein that can lead to blood clots. Nattokinase can also help lower blood pressure and improve the health of blood vessels.”

Natto has a strong smell that not many people in the West are familiar with (a bit like surströmming, but made with beans). For some, it takes a while to get used to the taste and for others, it’s culinary love all at once. If you give this Japanese specialty a try, there’s a good chance you’ll get hooked. Be sure to try natto if there’s a Japanese grocery store near you! You can usually find frozen natto in well-stocked stores that carry Japanese food.
