MSM 200 g Powder – Helhetshälsa

MSM 200 g Powder for Helhetshälsa (OptiMSM)

MSM is organic sulphur. A mineral that the body is largely made up of – hair, skin, nails, vascular walls, connective tissue, joints – all depend on sulphur. The brain, cell membranes and liver also need sulphur. It is a very important substance, whose content in our food has decreased with the industrial production and cultivation of crops. You are largely MSM plain and simple!

Here at Valfrids, we’ve been selling MSM for a long time and recommend it for a wide range of uses: joints, energy, detoxification, beauty, and more.
We have recommended it to customers with joint problems and joint pain with good results. MSM is considered to have an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect on back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatism and joint pain. Customers have also used it for skin, nails, allergies, detoxification, constipation and other stomach problems.

Helhetshälsa’s MSM is distilled OptiMSM® and has the highest possible purity. It is the finest MSM you can buy, not “China MSM”. OptiMSM® is manufactured in the USA by Bergstrom Nutrition. They use a proprietary method of distilling the MSM four times, resulting in much purer MSM and smaller particles. Other manufacturers use a method called crystallization that produces large crystals that do not have the same purity or fine structure.

Everything we sell at Valfrids is hand-picked, and we don’t select any products that we haven’t tried ourselves or that don’t meet our quality standards.

Use:
Start gently, it can settle your stomach and be energizing when you start using it. We recommend a quarter teaspoon to start with, dissolved in water or juice. Do you think it tastes disgusting? (MSM is quite bitter) Try dissolving it in freshly squeezed orange juice!
After a week, you can then increase the dose by a quarter teaspoon each week until you reach an optimal dose, which can vary between half and three teaspoons per day.
Needs can vary greatly from person to person. The dose can be spread over a couple of intakes per day if you prefer.

MSM is harmless so you don’t need to be afraid of overdosing or of its use in general.

We usually recommend “cures” with MSM, you can use it for a couple of months, take a break and then use it again to replenish the depots.

200 g of pure MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) in powder form.
