The bestseller and a fan favorite—an oil for everyone
Origin: Bulgaria

Better You lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia) from Bulgaria has a naturally herbaceous and floral scent. Lavender is one of the most popular essential oils, known to have a calming effect and can help you sleep better at night. Suitable for use in products to soothe the skin and for hair care. It is advantageously used in home-made cleaning and mosquito repellents. A very versatile oil that everyone can benefit from having at home.

Lavandula angustifolia is a perennial, shrub-like plant. Many different products can be made from it, but the oil is the most versatile. The oil is naturally antimicrobial and soothing. It balances the skin and scalp and can relieve the pain of minor wounds. The flower lavender contains the substance linalool, which is considered to have a calming effect on our nervous system.

Lavender is a mid-range note that goes well with all essential and cold-pressed oils, so you don’t have to worry about mixing it up. In small amounts, you can also use it neat, for example on small wounds and directly on pimples. This is also one of the oils that dogs and cats tend to appreciate and can be used before, for example, New Year’s Eve as a calming agent for gunshot fear. Remember to follow the instructions in the user manual and never dose more than eight drops near animals.
