Digestive enzymes convert food into nutrients. They help break down carbohydrates, protein and fat in the body. If you have problems with IBS, nutrient absorption, stomach bloating, intestinal irritation, allergies or simply eat a lot (you may be exercising and consuming a lot of calories), then enzyme supplements are for you. It is also used for ‘anti-ageing’ purposes.

We at Valfrids like digestive enzymes and use it ourselves daily. When you eat heavier food (Christmas food, for example), it is indispensable.

Pureness enzyme supplements are incredibly powerful, slightly more powerful than Helhetshälsa (which we also sell). Both our enzyme supplements, from Pureness and Helhetshälsa, are broad spectrum and of high quality. Pureness is a little more enzyme power per capsule, and therefore costs a little more per capsule.
