The powder is made from freeze-dried blueberries picked in Finland. Freeze-drying involves not heating the berries but freezing them to remove all the liquid and then carefully grinding them into this powder.

Blueberries are both tasty and healthy. It has been used since ancient times as a natural medicine. Plenty of polyphenols and nutrition. Very fibrous powder, rather coarsely ground.

Use in muesli, porridge, file, smoothies, baking or whatever you like!
