MSM is organic sulphur. A mineral that the body is largely made up of – hair, skin, nails, vascular walls, connective tissue, joints – all depend on sulphur. They use a proprietary method of distilling the MSM four times, resulting in much purer MSM and smaller particles. Other manufacturers use a method called crystallization that produces large crystals that do not have the same purity or fine structure.

Use:
Take 1–4 capsules, 1–2 times a day.

Start slowly; it can stimulate your digestive system and have an invigorating effect when you first start using it. Start with 1–2 capsules. After a week, you can then increase the amount.
Needs can vary greatly from person to person. The dose can be spread over a couple of intakes per day if you prefer.

MSM is harmless so you don’t need to be afraid of overdosing or of its use in general.
