Selenium 100 Capsules Helhetshälsa

Selenium 100 Capsules Helhetshälsa

SelenOptimal from Helhetshälsa contains 100 micrograms of selenium in organic form (bound to methionine).
In Sweden, soils are low in selenium, which means that if you eat a lot of local produce, you may need to supplement. This also applies to those who eat a lot of vegetarian food, as selenium is mainly found in animal products.

Selenium has many functions in the body. Among other things, it is very important for the functioning of the thyroid gland and the immune system.
Even orthodox medicine, which rarely talks about nutrition, recommends selenium for cardiovascular health.
