The recipes are almost forgotten today, when petrochemical solvents and other such things are used in almost all products for the maintenance of shoes, furniture, wood and more.

We are convinced that things were better in the past! At least in terms of how you looked after your shoes, clothes and furniture. They were supposed to last for generations. Well, they still do, if you look after them properly.
