Chaga organic 50 gr – Holistics

Chaga means mushroom, and grows as a tuberous outgrowth on birch trees, where it sits for 15-30 years, concentrating the nutrients. Chaga is sometimes said to be the king of medicinal mushrooms and has long been used in many cultures for its health benefits. It is highly nutritious, containing trace elements, SOD (superoxide dismutase), vitamins, minerals, sterols and beta-glucans.

Most often used as tea. It tastes good and doesn’t need to be sweetened or flavored. No tésil is needed as it is powder.

Contains finely ground powder of dried organic blasting caps with natural content of trace elements, polysaccharides, betulinic acid, melanin, phytonutrients, ergosterol, beta-glucans, saponins, triterpenes and SOD (superoxide dismutase). The thistle grows mainly on birch trees in northern latitudes.

Use: Mix 1/2-1 tsp in tea with hot water or in food 1-2 times per day. Leave to steep until the tea turns amber. You can brew tea on the same chaga as long as it gives off color. Chagan is poured directly into a cup, no tea strainer needed.
