Tablecloth in 55% cotton & 45% linen from Ekelunds – 80×80 cm

Creates a cozy atmosphere around the table, dampens the clatter of plates and cutlery, and protects your table from scratches and spills.
Using a tablecloth gives a softer feeling around the table, whether it’s everyday or a party – isn’t everyday life a little more festive with a tablecloth on the table?

When Ekelund weaves a tablecloth, they do so with the idea that it will last a long time. Being a Royal Court supplier means just that – high quality.

Woven in Ekelund’s own weaving mill in Horred, Sweden.

Washing instructions:
Machine wash 60°C. Washed with similar colors. Cloths containing flax should not be tumble dried. After washing, shake out the cloth thoroughly and hang it up to dry. For best results, iron the cloth slightly damp lengthwise. Tips! For extra good results, shape the canvas after shaking it out before hanging.

Do you get a stain? No problem—use the Galltvål that you can find here.

Size (cm) 80 x 80
They are GOTS certified (organic textile certification) and approved by the King (royal court supplier).

About Ekelunds

In the heart of Västra Götaland, in the village of Horred, you will find Ekelunds Linneväveri – Sweden’s oldest weaving mill and a real gem in the Swedish craft tradition.

At a time when so much is being outsourced, Ekelunds has chosen to stay in Sweden and Horred. It’s where Ekelunds once started, and they value the craftsmanship and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. They see great value in having the history behind them, the expertise in-house and control over the entire manufacturing process. This means keeping an eye on quality, while also helping to keep the village alive and safeguarding traditional crafts. For example, a towel from Ekelund is genuinely made by real people. We at Valfrids appreciate that, and we think you do, too!
