Swedish honey from Hästveda in Skåne. Raw and untreated.
Comes from early summer fruit and berry flowers.
The taste is light, fresh, floral. The sweetness is slightly less than the other varieties. The consistency is slightly lighter without being liquid.

We have three different types of honey from Grönalunds Bigårdar – Försommar, Sommar and Sensommar. They differ slightly in texture and taste.

An artisanal honey of exceptional quality. Unpasteurized. We buy directly from the beekeeper.
