Black cumin seeds have a history of being used both internally and externally, in cooking and for skin and hair care. The oil contains polyunsaturated fats (omega-6) and monounsaturated fats (omega-9) and thymoquinone.

Black cumin oil is one of our most popular oils for skin and hair care and also for internal use. The oil is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and can be mixed with oils such as almond and jojoba.

Feel free to use your black cumin oil in your skin or hair care. A few drops are enough. For internal use, we recommend 1 tsp (5 ml) daily. Can be used, for example, in a healthy salad or as a daily supplement of healthy fatty acids in a smoothie.
