Ylang Ylang oil (Cananga odorata) from Madagascar has a heavy, sensual and sweet scent, with notes of finest jasmine and lilac.

It is a very dry oil that stays in the air for a long time. Ylang Ylang oil is suitable for use in skin and hair care, aromatherapy and DIY products. It is a common ingredient in balancing skin products and you can mix a drop into your day cream. The oil has a strong floral and tropical top note with a creamy, deep middle note. This makes the essential oil a popular ingredient in perfumes. Blends well with bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, geranium, lavender, basil, ravensara, sandalwood and jasmine. In a blend, dose Ylang extra small in relation to other oils, otherwise it easily takes over with its intensity.
