Palo santo oil (Bursera Graveolens) comes from Ecuador and is produced by steam distillation of wood.
Pis good to use for meditation. The oil can be used to relieve pain, muscle, joint and headaches.
Blends well with other essential oils such as pine, or bergamot.

For use on the skin, it is important to always mix the paulo santo oil with a cold-pressed vegetable oil before applying it to the skin or using it as aromatherapy. Dosage maximum 2% (18 drops) in 30 ml of cold-pressed vegetable oil.
