In aromatherapy, spearmint oil is used to create an energizing atmosphere and promote focus; it is said to have an uplifting and stimulating effect on the mind, which can help improve concentration and mental clarity.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>For aromatherapy &#038; skincare<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>Fresh &#038; sweet mint scent<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>100% organic &#038; essential oil<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Spearmint oil (Mentha spicata) comes from India and is produced by steam distillation of the plant&#8217;s leaves.  <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Spearmint is good for treating mental fatigue. Take a drop of the essential oil mixed with a few milliliters of a cold-pressed vegetable oil and massage it into your temples for mental clarity and focus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">When applied to the skin, the oil has a cooling, astringent, and numbing effect, and it can be used to treat sunburn or skin irritations caused by heat.
