It contains, among other things, the well-studied and natural enzymes papain, bromelain, nattokinase, and several other protease enzymes.<\/p>\n<p>Numerous studies have shown that the enzymes nattokinase, serrapeptase, bromelain, and papain are effective in treating physical injuries to muscles and joints, inflammation, narrowing of blood vessels, and infections.
