Carotenoids are colorful substances found in fruits and vegetables. It is the carotenoids that give plants their red, orange and yellow colors. Carotenoid-rich foods include carrot, pumpkin, apricot, papaya and peach. Carotenoids are also found in green plants, such as broccoli, spinach, nettles, arugula lettuce and green peas, but are hidden by the green color.<\/p>\n<p>Content per capsule (% of Daily Reference Intake, DRI)<br \/>\nBeta-carotene 20 mg, providing vitamin A* 10,000 \u00b5g (1250%)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-weight-bold\">Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/span>Corn starch, beta-carotene from <i>Blakeslea trispora,<\/i> antioxidant (dl-alpha tocopherol, = vitamin E), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose).
