Magnesium CMD is a concentrated liquid mineral supplement that you mix into your drinking water to increase the mineral content. It contains a variety of ionic sea minerals.
\nHelhetsh\u00e4lsa describes it as a magnesium and trace mineral supplement. It is true that it is very rich in magnesium, but we also recommend it as a general trace mineral supplement, as it contains over 70 different minerals.<\/p>\n

We recommend it for those who want to re-mineralize their water after purification through water filters. We also recommend Magnesium CMD for others who want a trace mineral supplement. Actually so much better than a multimineral supplement, we think, as it comes from nature and has the full spectrum of trace elements.<\/p>\n

We drip this into a carafe of water that we fill up from our water filter. Recommended! It is a way to turn ordinary tap or bottled water into nutrient-rich mineral water.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Magnesium CMD contains high levels of magnesium and over 70 other trace minerals – zinc, iodine, boron, manganese, chromium, copper, lithium, cobalt, and many more.
\nIt contains chloride ions. Chloride contributes to normal digestion by producing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
\nNOTE this is not water treatment! It is a mineral and trace mineral supplement, which increases the amount of minerals in drinking water. It has no antibacterial or antimicrobial action.<\/p>\n

Sun-dried from nature<\/strong><\/p>\n

Magnesium CMD is produced by sun-drying the mineral-rich inland waters of the Utah Salt Lake.
\nThe concentrate contains all the minerals and trace elements that occur naturally in water.<\/p>\n

Indoor and outdoor use<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daily magnesium and mineral supplement: in a glass of water or juice.
\nHydration: Add to drinks during hot weather, long training sessions and long runs.
\nHand and foot baths: 1-2 tsp in the bath water, which should be warm but not too hot. After bathing, rinse off with lukewarm water and towel dry.
\nRe-mineralization of filtered drinking water: 1 ml re-mineralizes about 2 litres of purified water.
\nLubrication of the skin. Apply directly to the desired area (mix with equal parts of water, e.g. 1 tsp Magnesium CMD in 1 tsp water. When it has dried on the skin, salt-like mineral residues may remain. This is normal, but if you wish, you can wipe it off with a damp terry towel).<\/p>\n

What time of day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Helhetsh\u00e4lsa’s Magnesium CMD can be taken at any time of the day. It works just as well in the morning before your workout as in the evening before you go to sleep.<\/p>\n
