\nBioactive components from olives (hydroxytyrosol from laboratory-tested extra virgin olive oil), to protect against rancidity, a common problem with Omega-3 oils.

ArcticMed fish oil is mixed with an extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil is selected for its protective antioxidants (polyphenols) and other bioactive components such as hydroxityrosol (reduces oxidation) and oleocanthal (anti-inflammatory).<\/p>\n

Since plastic residues (phthalates, chemical plasticizers in plastic) are unfortunately found in wild-caught fish today, ArcticMed has added a step with a special purification process to minimize the phthalates. There is no requirement for such treatment, but it is something that ArcticMed has chosen to do.<\/p>\n

Dosage:
\n10ml\/day is the recommended maintenance dose.
\nIdeally adapted to body weight (same for men, women and children): 1.5 ml per 10 kg body weight daily. Example: If you weigh 70 kg, take 10.5 ml daily.
\nOne bottle contains 300ml, which is normally enough for 1 month (25-30 portions).<\/p>\n

Distribution of fatty acids per 10 ml:
\nOmega-9 3.0 grams (from selected cold pressed olives)
\nOmega-3 2.3 grams, of which: ALA 50 mg, EPA 1060 mg, DPA 170 mg, DHA 700 mg.
\nPolyphenols 1.7 mg<\/p>\n

Ingredients: Fish oil (wild caught anchovies, mackerel, sardines), extra virgin olive oil, antioxidants (natural tocopherols). The lemon version contains organic lemon oil.<\/p>\n

Storage: Opened bottle should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 2 months.<\/p>\n
