Holistic Whey Protein is an ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate (WPC 80). It dissolves easily in liquid and has a naturally high protein content of around 80%. It contains all essential and non-essential amino acids in balanced proportions.
\nContains only whey from Nordic farms (Sweden and Norway), where the animals graze naturally for most of the year.<\/p>\n

Holistic whey protein contains a unique enzyme mix that makes it easily digestible. It includes:
\n– Protease (3.0, 4.5, 6.0) and peptidase that break down protein into easily absorbable amino acids
\n– Bromelain, a natural enzyme from pineapple that contributes to protein breakdown
\n– Lactase that makes the product gentle even for those who are sensitive to lactose
